- Knee To Chest - 10 to 20 Seconds
 

Meditation: Corpse OR Sitting Pose (5 Minutes) - If you choose to participate in this meditation, focus on Releasing. Any pain, anxiety, or guilt you may feel within, focus on that area. Gather up all this negative feelings and thoughts and allow them to become particles that float into the air. Release these negative feelings and thoughts, like floating particles, until they are no longer attached you. Once the particles of negativity have floated out of your view and released from your body open your eyes to experience the new and restored "You."
