SUPER FOOD RECIPES:
TWEALTH CO CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP:

SUMMARY:

This recipe is great for fighting colds, flu, congestion or just fighting the cold weather. Best served warm/hot, this recipe is easy on the stomach when dealing with stomach ache or nausea and the Soup broth alone is packed with nutrients if solid foods are too difficult to consume. This Soup is a particularly good source of beta carotene, fiber, vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants. It also has ingriedients that have been linked to lower cholesterol levels and improved eye health, it is a great source of important antioxidants, reduces inflammation, supports digestion, is rich in vitamins and minerals with a low glycemic index and has an alkalizing effect. Chicken Noodle Soup is always a great meal, especially when made with love.

INGREDIENTS:

4-6 Servings

Eggs Noodles

Chicken Thighs

Carrots

Celery

Red Onion

Parsley

Mint and/or Basil

Rosemary

Lemon

Twealth Co's Chicken Base Broth (Chicken Broth and Vitamin C liquid drops)

Twealth Co's Vitamin Infused Oil (Alt: Your Choice of Oil such as Extra Virgin Olive)

Twealth Co's Savory Seasoning (Alt: Salt and Pepper)

INSTRUCTIONS:

- Thoroughly wash 3 Chicken thighs with water.

- Then, rub the cleaned Chicken with Twealth Co's Vitamin Infused Oil

- Season the Chicken in a bowl using Twealth Co's Savory Seasoning.  

- For New Wave Oven: Place the Chicken on a rack covered with Aluminum foil in the New Wave Oven. Cook in Oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and juicy.  

- For Conventional Oven: Place the Chicken on a sheet pan and cook in a Conventional Oven at 375 degree for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and juicy. When baking in the Conventional Oven add a few table spoons of water to the bottom of the pan and cover the Chicken with Aluminum foil. 

 

- Next, boil a large pot of water filled half way on medium to high heat.

- Add a bushel of Rosemay

- Add Twealth Co's Vitamin Infused Oil and Twealth Co's Chicken Base Broth. 

- Slice 3-4 organic whole Carrots in slices of similar size.

- Slice up 3-4 organic whole Celery sticks in slices or slithers or similar size

- Add Carrots and Celery to boiling water.

- Dice up a half Red Onion into small equal sized pieces. 

- Slice fresh Parsley and Mint, and/or Basil in small equal sized pieces.

- Once Chicken is out of the over let cool and remove the bone. (Optional to add the bone to boiling Soup water for bone marrow however, this recipe does not require the marrow.)

- Dice Chicken into bite  sized pieces and add to Soup. 

- Add diced Red Onion and sliced fresh herbs (Parsley, Mint, Basil) to the Soup.

- Let cook on high for 10-15 minutes all together then add Twealth Co Savory Seasoning to your preference.

- Then, the Egg Noodles and let cook for 3-5 minutes or until tender. 

- Squeeze a half of fresh lemon into the Soup and mix until all ingredients are fully mixed together. 

*Serve warm with Saltine Crackers or alone.

SUMMARY:

Don't let the simplicity fool you, this Succotash is a flavorful and healthy dish. This dish supports maintaining healthy bones, lowering blood pressure, managing diabetes and warding off heart disease. Plus this simple dish makes it easy for you to elevate the flavor profile by incorporating extra healing ingredients from Twealth Co's Kitchen pantry. Our products contain Vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is responsible for keeping your body's blood and nerve cells healthy and helps make DNA which is the genetic material in all of your cells. So, cool or warm, main or side dish, serve up Succotash any time. 

INGREDIENTS:

5-7 Servings

Black Beans

Lima Beans

Sweet Golden Corn

Shallot

Savory Seasoning (such as a mix of Salt and Pepper

Optional: Your Choice of Oil such as Unrefined Coconut Oil or Unrefined Flaxseed Oil)

Twealth Co's Sweet Nectar (Alt: Unrefined Organic Honey)

Optional: Fresh Kale, Mint and/or Basil

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

- Pour Black Beans, Lima Beans and Sweet Golden Corn in one large pot. (You may add chopped Kale, Bell Peppers or other beans of your preference however, this recipe only requires the ingredients listed above.)

- Wash all the contents in the pot using warm water and let sit in water for a 1-2 minutes. (Washing your ingredients helps remove bugs, dirt or any wax or substances used for packaging or in the can.) 

- Pour out the water using a strainer to avoid loosing the beans and corn and rinse again.

- Heat the contents in the pot on the stove on medium heat covered with a lid for 3-5 minutes.

- Dice one medium sized Shallot and your preference of fresh Basil, Mint, and/or Parsley as desired.

- Add Twealth Co's Oil Spritzer and Twealth Co's Savory Seasoning or a small amount of Oil and salt and pepper to the mixture and Stir contents until all ingredients are fully mixed together.

- Add optional fresh chopped, sliced or whole Mint or Basil.

- Once cooled add about 2-3 table spoons of Tweath Co's Sweet Nectar, stir and serve it up.

*This meal can be served warm or cool. 

TWEALTH CO FLAVORFUL CARROTS & LAMB CHOPS:

SUMMARY:
This dish is packed with deliciousness and good nutrients to help keep the Mind, Body and Soul feed. Lamb falls under the “warming” foods, helping the “yang” energy. Supposedly, this helps reduce cold symptoms such as cold body, clammy skin, stomachache, lack of energy, sore joints, and fluid retention. To reduce coldness, it is best to increase intake of warm foods such lamb! Traditional Chinese medicine says that lamb helps to warm the body and improve blood circulation, making it one of the best foods to eat in winter. Aside from lamb, mutton and goat also have warming properties and can help you fight the winter chill.

INGREDIENTS:

Lamb Chops

Parsley (Optional)

Fresh Natural Carrots

Fresh Rosemary

Twealth Co's Vitamin Infused Oil (Alt: Your Choice of Oil such as Extra Virgin Olive)

Savory Seasoning such as a mix of Salt and Pepper 

Optional: Light coat of Black Sugar

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Lamb:

- If you are using a Conventional Oven set your oven to 345-350 degrees depending on how heated your oven gets. 

Thoroughly wash the Lamb chops with water.

- Then, rub the cleaned Lamb with Twealth Co's Vitamin Infused Oil

- Season the Lamb using Twealth Co's Savory Seasoning and Sweet Seasoning.  

- For New Wave Oven: Place the Lamb on a rack covered with Aluminum foil in the New Wave Oven. Cook in Oven for 15-20 minutes or until dark brown and juicy.  

- For Conventional Oven: Place the Chicken on a sheet pan and cook in a Conventional Oven at 350 degree for approximately 30 minutes or until brown and juicy. When baking in the Conventional Oven add a few table spoons of additional oil to the pan and cover the Lamb with Aluminum foil. Once lamb is cooked for 15 minutes place the Lamb back into the over on broil for 5-10 minutes to allow the edges to get a slight crisp.

- Check the Lamb to ensure there is no red or deep pink still in the meat if so, cook for a bit longer or until there is no deep pink meat. However, with lamb the best tenderness is to have a slight pink color in the meat (this is also good when having to reheat left-overs.)

- Once Lamb is fully cooked, remove from Oven or heat and add fresh Rosemary and other herbs such as Parsley.

- Add more Twealth Co's Savory Seasoning to your preference.

Carrots: 

- Thoroughly wash the carrots using water. 

- Cut off any steams and lay the carrots on a clean sheet pan. 

- Thoroughly brush or drizzle the carrots with Twealth Co's Infused Oil.

- Then season them on the pan with Twealth Co's Savory Seasoning and Twealth Co's Sweet Seasoning. (If you like Spicy, Twealth Co's Spicy Seasoning will also work well with this dish however, it is not required in this recipe.)

- Place the pan of carrots in the oven for 30-35 minutes on 345-350 degrees. 

- Once carrots are fork tender but not too soft, remove them from the Oven. 

- Let cool and add more seasoning to your preference and you are ready to plate and serve.

 

*Best served warm to room temperature.
