The Empowered
This evaluation is to test the strength and endurance of your physical condition and possibly view what improvements needs to be made. Try your best and remember to take five (5) minute breaks between each event. Breaks can be more than five (5) minutes, if necessary, but not to exceed 20 minutes each.
There are three (3) portions or events to the Physical Fitness Evaluation. The events include Push Ups, Sit Ups and Run which are best completed in that order due to muscle activity and energy exertion. All events should be completed in the same day to be considered a proper Physical Fitness Evaluation.
The Push Up event is a two (2) minute event with a five (5) minute break in between. The Sit Up is also a two (2) minute event with a five (5) minute break before the Run. Last, is the two (2) mile timed Run, be sure to bring a stop watch or timer.

Hydrate the day before the Evaluation and try not to eat too heavy or too late. Bring water the day of the evaluation to slowly sip before and after events.

*Remember to follow Empowered, Inc's Standards and Guidelines for each event. If you feel you can not begin or continue the event consider saving the Physical Fitness Evaluation for another day.
