Bath are greatly needed to, soaking in a bath can help soothe the muscles as well as hydrate the skin. Bathing can be extremely valuable when needing to relax or really moisturize the skin. This is recommended once a week or about every other week for men.

- Practice Good Dental Care: Poor dental hygiene can cause issues with self esteem, self image, and over all communication problems. Poor dental health can also be life threatening as gum disease, tooth decay and unhealthy bacteria.
