30 Better Diet Challenge:
This Challenge can be added to your daily Workout routine. The Better Diet Challenge is a 30 day challenge but it can easily become apart of your life. However, if you miss a couple days don't sweat it just start right back up and begin it again. Once you have completed the Challenge don't forget to reward yourself, perhaps a Self Care Day to celebrate how good you feel!

- EAT MORE VEGETABLES, FRUITS AND OATS!!
- EAT FROM HOME AND BALANCE YOUR MEALS!
- DRINK MORE WATER AND STAY HYDRATED!
Follow the guidance below to help you keep up with the Better Dieting Challenge.
- No Snack Food: Refrain from eating Candy, Chips, Snacks, and Greasy, Buttery or Sugary Junk Food.

- No Over Processed Food: Try purchasing fruits and vegetables from the fresh food aisles instead of can goods. Avoid canned meats and pre-packaged goods.

- No Fast Food: Cook at home, try not to eat out, especially from fast food services and drive throughs. Pack you lunches and eat from your home kitchen.

- No Added Sugars: Try replacing sugar with other natural sweeteners like honey or stevia.

*To help get rid off unhealthy cravings and over snacking, consider making snacks like home made apple chips or keeping healthy choices like carrots, nuts and oranges for snacks and treats. If you are a night time snacker try drinking tea with honey or popcorn as a small snack as you begin settling down.
